From Strategy to execution
Connecting Visions is a consulting firm that disrupts the way consulting has been done for years, connecting the most outstanding talent and the best technology to optimally address the challenges of the clients.
Amazing, right? How can they do that? One of the keys is the amazing state-of-the-art tech that I implanted. And it all started with the Strategy: I did a Diagnose of the AS IS situation and proposed a Digitalization Roadmap for Connecting Visions.
Core systems review: CRM & ERP
We had to change the ERP, so I analyzed the best option for them. Once decided wich ERP suited best, I implemented a state-of-the-art ERP: Microsoft Business Central.
Also Connecting Visions utilizes Zoho CRM as its primary system. Zoho CRM was highly inefficient, but through more than 100 customizations, automations, integrations, and effective change management with the team, it has now become a highly efficient system.

I have redesigned and programmed the Connecting Visions website.
Furthermore, we have programmed it using Elementor, which allows us to make adjustments to the website without the need for agencies, cool right?
Also I launched a cutting-edge App for clients and suppliers called Connecting Hub. The Hub, is the main product and future of Connecting Visions. Getting out there this amazing product required the coordination between C-level heads: sales, ops, tech, finance and Marketing.
Cost Savings by 30%
I have managed to reduce the budget by 30% by controlling expenses, optimizing licenses, implementing a project management software, and bringing in-house some previously outsourced tasks.
